EASYDRIFT DTS Rings Installation

Correct installation of Easydrift DTS rings makes low-grip skid training safe, easy, and repeatable for drivers.

The rings mount on a dedicated tire that meets the size criteria in the tire chart below; they do not fit over a vehicle's original tire, only wheels dedicated to this activity.

Install on dedicated tires only; incorrect tire size prevents installation.

Most DTS models fit multiple rim sizes. These rings are part of the Easydrift driver training system for controlled driver training environments.

Install Easydrift Product on Tyre

The Following Tools and Equipment Are Required for Installation:

A Valve Core Remover
An Air Compressor With a High Flow (CFM)
The Easydrift Tire Vacuum / Inflator / Gauge

See Installation Video

The Set Up Is Done as Follows:

Make sure the tire tread is clean; small debris can cause premature wear on the DTS ring.
Position the rim and tire flat on the ground, outer side facing upward.
Remove the valve core until the air is depleted; the tire must be fully deflated.
Place the EASYDRIFT ring on the tire with the outer lip facing upward, away from the rim.
Use the Tire Vacuum to drain all air from the tire, then press the ring firmly until it evenly touches the outer side. The vacuum holds it in place.
Reinflate to the tire manufacturer's maximum pressure; contact us for inflation recommendations. Most customers start near 55 PSI. Inspect the rings regularly for safety.
